3but in his own seasons manifested his word in the message, wherewith I was intrusted according to the commandment of God our Saviour;
3 and at the proper time manifested in his word1 through the preaching with which I have been entrusted by the command of God our Savior;

3 but at the proper time has disclosed his message in the proclamation with which I was entrusted according to the command of God our Savior,
3(and He revealed His word in [His] own times), in preaching, which I was entrusted with, according to a charge of God our Savior,
but at the proper time manifested, even His word, in the proclamation with which I was entrusted according to the commandment of God our Savior,
3And now at just the right time he has revealed this message, which we announce to everyone. It is by the command of God our Savior that I have been entrusted with this work for him.
