21but, as it is written,
They shall see, to whom no tidings of him came,
And they who have not heard shall understand.

21I have been following the plan spoken of in the Scriptures, where it says,
“Those who have never been told about him will see,
and those who have never heard of him will understand.”*15:21 Isa 52:15 (Greek version).
